End User License Agreement
BCRepairTracking — operated by BC Solutions.
Effective date: July 20, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA," "Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you and the organization you represent ("Licensee," "you") and BC Solutions ("Licensor," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the BCRepairTracking hosted web application ("BCRepairTracking," "the Service"). By accessing, signing in to, or using BCRepairTracking, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
1. License grant
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, BC Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BCRepairTracking as a hosted web application, for the internal business purposes of the single organization to which the Service is provided. BCRepairTracking is a hosted service that runs on BC Solutions' infrastructure and is accessed over the internet through a web browser; no software is sold to you and nothing is installed on your computers. This is a license to use the Service, not a sale.
2. Permitted use
- You may access and use BCRepairTracking for the internal operations of your single organization — tracking equipment, repair jobs, parts, vendors, purchase orders, and related records.
- You may permit your own employees and authorized personnel to use the Service on your organization's behalf. You are responsible for their use and for keeping account credentials confidential.
- Your access is to the hosted Service as provided; there is no per-machine installation and no device limit. You are responsible for the security of the devices and credentials your organization uses to access it.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Copy, modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, lease, rent, resell access to, or otherwise transfer your access to the Service.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Service.
- Use the Service to provide a hosted or service-bureau capability to unrelated third parties without a separate commercial agreement.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other organizations' data, or the underlying infrastructure, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. Intellectual property
BCRepairTracking, including all algorithms, source code, documentation, branding, and visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of BC Solutions and is protected by United States copyright law and international treaties. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by BC Solutions. As between you and BC Solutions, the business records you enter into the Service (your equipment, repair, vendor, and purchase-order data) remain yours.
5. Updates and availability
BCRepairTracking is a hosted service that BC Solutions maintains and updates from time to time. Because it is delivered over the internet, features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. BC Solutions does not guarantee any particular level of availability and may modify or discontinue the Service on reasonable notice.
6. Accounts and access
Access to BCRepairTracking is through an account provided to your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for promptly notifying us if you believe your credentials or account have been compromised. BC Solutions may suspend or revoke access that is shared, misused, or used in violation of this Agreement.
7. QuickBooks Online integration
BCRepairTracking can optionally connect to your QuickBooks Online account, at your choice. The Service is fully usable without QuickBooks; the connection is an optional convenience, not a requirement.
- You authorize the connection. The connection is made through Intuit's official OAuth flow. You initiate it by choosing to connect, and you may disconnect at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
- Reading. When connected, BCRepairTracking may read data such as your vendors, customers, and purchase orders from QuickBooks Online so that it can mirror or reference that information inside the app, saving you from re-entering it.
- Writing. BCRepairTracking writes to QuickBooks Online only when you explicitly initiate an action — specifically, when you choose to push a finished purchase order or invoice into QuickBooks. It does not create, change, or delete anything in your QuickBooks account automatically or in the background.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your QuickBooks account and for reviewing any document before you push it. BC Solutions is not responsible for how QuickBooks records or processes data once it is in your QuickBooks account.
How QuickBooks data is handled, stored, and disconnected is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
BCRepairTracking IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BC Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
BCRepairTracking helps you record and manage repair, inventory, and purchasing information, and can exchange certain data with QuickBooks Online at your direction. Its records and outputs are tools to support your work; they are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for reviewing any document before you finalize or push it, and for the business decisions you make based on the Service. BC Solutions makes no warranty that the Service's outputs are suitable for any particular regulatory, tax, audit, or financial-reporting purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall BC Solutions, its members, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or financial losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, BCRepairTracking — even if BC Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, BC Solutions' total cumulative liability arising from or relating to this Agreement and your use of BCRepairTracking shall not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BC Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of BCRepairTracking, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. BC Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to BCRepairTracking if you breach any term of this Agreement or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; on request, BC Solutions will make a reasonable effort to provide or delete your organization's data, subject to applicable law. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
12. Fees
BCRepairTracking is provided to your organization under a separate arrangement between you and BC Solutions. Any fees, subscription terms, or the absence of a fee are as agreed in that arrangement. There is no online checkout, license key, or activation step associated with the Service. If no fee has been agreed, the Service is provided at BC Solutions' discretion and may be modified or discontinued on reasonable notice.
13. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Entire agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy at bcsuperagents.com/bcrepairtracking/privacy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BC Solutions regarding BCRepairTracking and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
