Privacy Policy

BCRepairTracking — operated by BC Solutions.

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Who we are

BCRepairTracking ("the Service") is a hosted web application operated by BC Solutions ("we," "us," "our") that helps a repair shop track its equipment, repair jobs, parts, vendors, and purchase orders. This Privacy Policy describes what information the Service handles, how QuickBooks Online data is used, and the choices you have. Unlike our desktop applications, BCRepairTracking runs on BC Solutions' servers and is used through a web browser, so the data you enter is stored server-side (see below).

Where your data lives

Because BCRepairTracking is a hosted web application, the business records your organization enters — equipment, repair jobs, parts, inventory, vendors, and purchase orders, along with any vendor or customer information mirrored from QuickBooks — are stored in BC Solutions' hosted database on our infrastructure provider (Railway). This data is used to operate the Service for your organization. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

QuickBooks Online integration

BCRepairTracking can optionally connect to your QuickBooks Online account. This connection is entirely at your choice — the Service works fully without it — and you can disconnect at any time.

Information the website records

When you use BCRepairTracking or visit bcsuperagents.com, our servers record standard web access logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser type). These logs are retained for up to 90 days and used solely to operate and secure the Service. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on these pages.

Support correspondence

If you contact us at support@bcsuperagents.com, we retain the email thread for the purpose of providing support and improving the Service.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your information

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you or your organization. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@bcsuperagents.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You may revoke BCRepairTracking's access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time — either by disconnecting inside BCRepairTracking, or from within QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps → Manage, then disconnect BCRepairTracking). Disconnecting deletes the stored OAuth token from our server and immediately ends the Service's access to your QuickBooks data.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all communication with the Service and with QuickBooks, encryption at rest for the stored OAuth token, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Children's privacy

BCRepairTracking is intended for use by businesses and their personnel. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify your organization. Continued use of BCRepairTracking after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
