Download the latest BC Statement Auditor installer. Updates are pull-based — when a new version ships, come back here, download the new installer, and run it. Your data, license, and settings carry over.

Multi-branch vendor statements now audit correctly — charges on every branch are read with the right sign, so branch totals reconcile instead of appearing as phantom invoices.
How updates work
Updates are pull-based. BCSA does not auto-update from inside the application. When a new version is available, this page is updated; you download the new installer and run it on top of your existing install.
Reinstalling preserves your data. Your QuickBooks connection, license activation, saved vendor mappings, and audit database all live in your BCSA application-data folder. The installer leaves that directory untouched, so a fresh install picks up exactly where the previous version left off.
Older releases
- v1.0.0 (2026-07-05) — BC Statement Auditor's first release. Drop a vendor statement PDF and it audits every line against QuickBooks Online — catching invoices the vendor billed that never made it into QuickBooks (missing bills), amounts that don't match, mis-keyed invoice numbers, and bills filed under the wrong vendor. The statement is the ground truth; QuickBooks deviations are flagged. Statements are parsed locally with no AI and no data sent to third parties; QuickBooks access is read-only. Windows desktop, $49 one-time, 21-day free trial.
